Coaching
“Coaches partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that the client already has.” - International Coaching Federation

Because coaching is not state or federally regulated, we are able to see clients from anywhere in the world. Coaching is not under a state licensure that treats a “medical condition” such as depression or anxiety. These “medical” terms have been defined, as seen in the DSM’s latest edition, and can be treated solely by a state regulated health care provider.
Though I am a licensed counselor, I am not working under a license for clients requesting coaching or mentoring services. I am not treating “medical conditions.” I am assisting with human conditions as experienced through the mind, body, soul, and spirit within a Christian theology which includes all human history and the wisdom from Scripture and the Holy Spirit.
